Michael Schmitt

Michael Schmitt has been a practicing trial attorney for 10 years representing clients throughout Western New York. His practice has primarily been focused on criminal defense and family law matters. Mr. Schmitt has vast experience in representing clients in custody / visitation matters, child support and matrimonial. He also has significant trial experience as having worked for the County of Monroe in the Child Support Enforcement Unit and as a Conflict Defender handling hundreds of cases per year.
