Stacey Romeo

Stacey Romeo has been a practicing trial attorney for over 10 years representing clients in Federal and New York State Courts throughout Western New York. Her practice has primarily been focused on representing clients in custody and visitation matters with significant experience as a law guardian and also representing business clients in real estate matters, business formations and contract preparation and review. Ms. Romeo has vast experience in municipal law as the former Town Attorney for the Towns of Irondequoit and Pittsford, focusing on municipal law, zoning law and contract law. She also brings an accomplished trial history in criminal matters as defense counsel and as former town prosecutor for Irondequoit and Pittsford.
